Ingredients:

  • Rice paper wrappers

  • Rice paper
  • Cooked pork or tofu
  • Cucumber (cut into strips)

  • Pear or apple slices (for crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Soak rice paper in warm water until pliable.
  2. Place on a cutting board, and layer up your ingredients: noodles, protein, veggies, and herbs.
  3. Roll tightly, similar to a burrito, and serve with a sweet chili dipping sauce.

3. Vietnamese Meatballs (Nem Nướng)

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground pork
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil (for frying)
