Sautéed Thai Basil Chicken Thigh

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon fish sauce - 1 tablespoon sugar - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1 shallot, thinly sliced - 1 red chili, sliced (optional) - 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. 2. Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add the minced garlic, shallot, and red chili to the pan. Sauté until fragrant. 5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink. 6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir well to coat. 7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has slightly thickened. 8. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves. The residual heat will wilt the basil leaves. 9. Serve the sautéed Thai basil chicken thigh hot with steamed rice.
