Instructions:

Instructions:

  2. Spread mayonnaise inside the baguette.

  4. Drizzle with chili sauce for an added kick.

3. Stir-Fried Vegetables with Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Rice for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine.
  5. Serve hot over steamed rice and garnish with fresh basil.
