5. In a separate pot, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse them with cold water.

7. Garnish with fresh basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime. Serve with sriracha and hoisin sauce on the side for added flavor.
